-8 oz Chicken Liver -4 oz ground pork or chicken. without it its fine but i like my pate a little firm soo yeah -1 yellow onion -5 to 8 cloves of garlic -about 1/4 cup good White wine (optional) in my idea without it it wouldn't be as good so go buy a bottle. -salt to taste -black pepper -sugar maybe 1 tsp
